fig jam and grape jam

I went to the market in the morning to buy fresh fig and grapes, and made jam of them.

Yesterday my husband and I talked with my mom by zoom. She had moved to the nursing home next to the one that she had stayed for ten years. In zoom, she was healthy and cheerful, introduced my hus. to the staff, " he is a very good son -in-law!" I answered, "not so much"

She looked as if she could adapt herself to the new environment.

What a relief!
