Lovely light for barbeqeuing

This is the first night I haven't had to rug up with a beanie, scarfe, gloves and a coat in order to barbecue our dinner. The evening light was lovely. It was still too light to see stars. However, the fading mauve-ish blue sky contrasted well with the red hedge which was being lit from the house. A lovely chilled glass of wine topped it off and a baby possum hanging by its tail entertained us.
