LAST NIGHT

Literally....this was last night ...the Last Night of the Proms!!

J joined us too which was lovely as I feel it’s all we can do in the situation he has been left in....to just be there for him x

Went to church this morning then cooked an extra 2 Sunday roast dinners for a couple who are going through a tough time...in their 80s...she fell and damaged her foot really badly then fell again and dislocated and broke her shoulder. The church team has really rallied for them but today she was rather low so I might pop up tomorrow for a cuppa.
