Rose hips

I was surprised at the size of these rose hips as I had not noticed unusually large roses on the bushes in the summer... I hope to remember to look at the roses next summer to see if they are also unusually large!
It is still unusually warm and we went for a long walk round the fields with R and Belby this morning. We managed to avoid the brooks - I hope Belby did not notice!!
