Pilates this morning, then a trip up the A19 to Tynemouth, where we tag teamed with my sister and Gus ;) Takeaway coffee from Gareth's and a walk along the front, then a delicious takeaway supper from the Longsands Fish Kitchen before they set off home. Lovely to have a proper catch up!
