(Not so) Wild Wednesday

I was going to post a "red in tooth and claw" Wild Wed shot - or rather, "beak and claw", as it was a headless fieldmouse, probably dropped by the owl, on the drive. But looking at that I decided it wasn't for the squeamish (including me!), so instead you get a sleepy puppy. (Hendricks was knackered today as we were all up at 4.30am when a neighbour's fire alarm went off (it was finally silenced ~6.30).  If you think he looks rough, you should see us as he "slept" on our bed for the rest of the night...!)
