The beginnings

If you're thinking that this looks like a pot of home made butter chicken, you'd be right. Very tasty indeed.  Where I live, we are very lucky to have a really integrated society from the world over, and a large proportion are proud to call their heritage Indian. But guess what? The poppadoms and mango chutney that we ate with the chicken came from.............Wigan. 

(And no, they weren't part of a take out)
