testing

Started the day trying to get a COVID test for one of the children and pondering if we really ought to on the basis that they are hard to come by. How likely is it that the new persistent cough could be “it”?! My efforts were interrupted by a text to say the school would be closed due to some positive cases, including kitchen staff. I was thinking they’d deep clean and open back up but PHE have advised closing until the end of the month. So we reacquainted ourselves with Google classroom and multitasking. The children were calm but full of questions, naturally.

Eventually managed to get a slot for a test and headed off for a live action science class.
