... spot the shield bug!
Couple dozen house martins & swallows flew over when I was pegging the washing out making their usual excited twittering.
Wren & chick very noisily hopping from damson tree to pear tree, they usually ignore me then I realised there was a cat stalking them - shooed it away!
Lovely & sunny all morning, temperature around 23°C, clouded over & wind picked up but it settled down again and we had a lovely evening.
MrD went for a motorbike ride to mid-Wales.
