Morning by the beach

The boys had a fabulous day.

I had a work seminar from 9.30 AM to 4 PM in a conference center 5 minutes walk from the beach, so we went there early and spent the morning walking and swimming.

The boys then slept in the car until just after lunch, when we had a "walk and talk", where I could bring the boys. 

They had another nap until 4 PM, when we had another hour by the beach.
