Cernobbio

After a morning ofpacking we head back to the airport. On the way we stopped in Cernobbio for lunch. A very nice ossobuco with saffron risotto in my case.

The cream coloured building is Harry's Bar sometimes frequented by visiting celebrities, including George Clooney when he is in residence. We drove past his villa the other day and it looked closed up, so no likelihood of seeing him today. We ate at a less expensive establishment nearby.

Our flight was on time, or even a little early, so on arrival we checked in to our hotel for the night at Edinburgh Airport. It was a relief to be able to take our masks off, I think we had had them on for about 4 to 5 hours. A light dinner before calling it a day.
