First day of legislature

Today was the first day of legislature. A marching band played, the military marched, the Governor inspected the cannons, and they shot three huge cannons several times. There were a lot of people protesting oil and pollution, mostly First Nations People. We got to see a crazy man playing a harmonica along with the marching band get arrested and put into a police van. He was thrashing around and causing a scene. It was quite common for protesters to walk up to the police and harass them. Crazy.
