Started with a cuppa and some plum streusel
9.30 meeting with my surgeon to discuss where we’re at after three surgeries and the concerns I’ve been having. Namely total loss of sensation in my back and my condition worsening in the areas not treated. Trying to convey this with an English / German language barrier has been on my mind.
Reassurances were had, complicated surgical plan decided upon. One big plus of having a background in surgery is my expectations have been realistic and the language of surgery is familiar.

So what to do? .. ironically having spent the morning discussing my body’s flaws... Spent the rest of the day at our favourite Vabali spa, sunbathing, saunas, sipping cocktails, dipping in the pools.... all completely naked!
