Life’s a Beach

Eldest had requested bacon butties on the beach today. MrRoly was on an early Morrison’s shift so we headed to Maenporth once he was home but we were too late to get on the car park.

We headed back to Falmouth and grabbed a great spot at Swanpool. Bacon butties, then a swim and finally a Swanpool ice cream! I fear tomorrow’s weigh in won’t be pretty!!

After a delightful few hours we headed home for a BBQ before MrRoly and I headed to our friend’s for a cheese board of delight to celebrate finishing 3 weeks of the Michael Moseley diet. At the end of week 3 I have lost exactly 1 stone and 3” from around my waist :-D
