Birthday Beer

Alfie turned 18 today. He was up early and off to football then after a quick shower opened his pile of cards and presents. We had birthday cake (made by Poppy) then the boys watch F1 and I read in the garden for a while as it has been hot and sunny all day.
We went to the Ivy for dinner. It’s a beautiful restaurant but we weren’t particularly impressed with the service. I think Alfie had a good day, though and he is definitely pleased to be able to order a legal beer at last!
