Shrove Tuesday

Shrove Tuesday is the day to get my nan's old cast iron crepe pan out. Once it is properly hot it makes the best pancakes. I brought it back to England on the plane a few years ago and took it in my hand luggage. No sharp objects - but one rather heavy pan!

...and yes the hole is there for decorative purposes, obviously...
