Shriven

I walked home from town on a raw cold day to find son Gwyn making pancakes, or to be precise, crêpes complèts: pancake packets containing bacon,onion, cheese and a whole fried egg, accompanied by a herb sauce and mushrooms. See the finished product here. It was Fat Tuesday indeed!
