Bike

A piccie of Q and I on our cycle today. This is the first time we have ever cycled together. A huge parenting moment. He did really well even though the terrain was tough.

I managed a long run this morning (15km) which was tough.

Then off to dancing this evening.

My body is aching all over. My phone says I've done 33,500 steps.

Kids have had a good day. Z has spent alot of time working on her website.
