September Sycamores at Aberlady

My daughter and I did a sponsored walk today for her athletics club https://edinburghkiltwalk2020.everydayhero.com/uk/tel-kiltwalk-crew

We were supposed to walk 12 miles but in the end did 18. Annoyingly my phone ran out of battery just after this pic. The afternoon was beautiful but no battery.

As I took it, I knew this was the blipfoto for today. The real light was nothing special although the trees, twisted and bent by the wild, strong, onshore wind were beautiful in themselves, but I could see straightaway the lens saw something special. The green was brighter more glowing.

It is on the John Muir Way walking into Aberlady.
