Melted Dreams

The Preliminary Round of the FA Cup came in the form of a Bristol Derby today as Cadbury Heath took on Bristol Manor Farm. Outside of the cup, the Heath play in a division below the Manor Farm boys, so not surprising perhaps that away team won 1:5 and knocked Cadbury Heath out of the cup.

A healthy crowd of 176 came to watch despite COVID, with a solitary away supporter singing it was “just like watching Brazil” about his team in yellow. It reminded me of the last time myself and great friend Martin went to watch a football game involving the boys from Brazil.
