Autumn
Last night's strong wind has stripped many dying leaves from the trees, so it's impossible to deny that it's autumn now. It was also wet overnight and grey overhead, so walking Django this morning was quite a chore.
In the afternoon, I went grocery shopping, but took K so she could buy four more fish for the aquarium and, more importantly, L plates for my car so that she can start learning. I now have to get it running, as it's not been started for more than a year.
Tonight I'm off to the cinema with A for the first time in months. We'll see "Les Misérables" with И and E, after meeting up with them for a drink first. Tomorrow, I think, it would not be possible, as we're three households. The same rule means that A is re-booking a week with her friends that was originally going to be a walk along the Camino de Santiago, then a cottage for the four of them in Gairloch, and now will be two cottages in Lochinver. Hopefully restrictions on travel won't be introduced before Saturday!
