Close to Bottling Time

The wine making saga continues - took a sample from the vat today to see how things have progressed. Very encouraging how clear this is and how close to a reasonable wine taste this has. And that’s before the next 3 to 6 months in the bottle when it will mature and improve. This being the first large batch of home made wine with grapes from the D-I-L garden I am feeling pretty encouraged.
