The best pancakes in the world!

Worked at home today. Up at 6, and took pete a longer walk early doors so he'd be nice and tired all day.

Catching up work wise, though the emails I'm sorting and deleting at quickly replaced by new ones!

Jacket spud for lunch, and more of the same in the afternoon. A good day all in all.

Wandered round to mums at 6 for pancakes! Mum makes the best pancakes in the world! Love them. nice and simple with orange juice! Pete, greggy and Liv all there too, makes it an even more special shrove Tuesday!

Home, and cooked a chilli for tea tomorrow, how organised am I!? Though more snow forecast for tomorrow afternoon, so good culinary planning by me!
