The Great North Run

Today was supposed to be its 40th which sadly didn't happen.
My walking buddy Robert has done every run since it started.
He was interviewed for the Programme and I was hoping to Blip him.
He doesn't like having his photo  taken so I'm assuming that's the reason he wasn't on.
I might have to ban him  from the Village Coffee mornings.
I didn't catch who the guitarist was but it's sure to be Mark Knopfler who lived in Blyth at one time but loved Whitley Bay.;)
