Not Just A Tree - Look Closely
We had a beautiful day in the DC area with temperatures close to sixty, brilliant blue skies and a very slight breeze. As a result the critters were out in full force this evening.
I got an awesome shot of a Red Bellied Woodpecker and then noticed this little girl about 10 feet down. I believe it is a female yellow bellied sap sucker. I decided to blip this instead of the RBW since I just blipped one of those yesterday. See my sap sucker blip from Jan 21st.
Right after taking this, I got pictures of a cedar waxing, and after that a small woodpecker., and then two doves basking in the sun.
