Teekkari dipping

The Teekkari dipping is one of the cornerstones of technology students' teekkari culture in Tampere. The dipping takes place on the first of May - except this year. Due to the Coronavirus, students' Wappu celebrations were cancelled and last academic year's freshmen = fuksis missed their Teekkari dipping. When fuksis have been dipped into the Tammerkoski rapids they will officially become teekkaris. Today was time to celebrate Wappu and last year's fuksis to have cold bath - including our niece Lotta!
