New Preschool building
These are part of the community responsible for Musilo-Kadambo preschool.
These people started a preschool some years ago but it failed, so they came to Mary to help them. She began with training the mothers and with continued visits, training and mentoring from Casca, they are no up and at-it.
So much so that they have built and opened their own school and moved from the church building close by.
This is a community effort, where Wells for Zoe only supply what they are not capable of buying, namely the metal sheets and a few bags of cement for the floor and window vents.
This is one of 22 rural preschools we have in varying stages of development, all run by village women with a little training and a bit of inspiration. Cost is minimal and the community gain is immeasurable.
The development includes latrines and clean water supply.
Up to 50 little ones 3 to 6 y.o are catered for.
