Rye and oat sourdough
Made fresh today, and tasted delicious!
I have been trying to find my way around DaVinci Resolve (video editing programme) to edit last night's time lapse. Just as well I could reply the session with Lewis and had him in my ear at the same time. Just one bit that I couldn't get quite right so I have to ask him about that. Anyway, job done well enough to upload to YouTube.
It is an incredibly complex program and costs several hundred pounds, but amazingly they have a free version with all the functionality and more one could need.
