Blue skies

For once the sun shone when I nipped out for a walk.

Dishwasher and hob arrived this morning, new shelving for the garage ordered. Started clearing the kitchen - my well stocked store cupboards that seemed such a good thing when lockdown happened are now taking some packing
They were well stocked long before anyone was panic buying - a habit that’s a combination of growing up a long way from the supermarket and not running a car for many years so doing an occasional big shop of heavy non perishable items by taxi. I assumed everyone who had the resources always had at least a couple of bags of pasta, rice and a few tins of beans and tomatoes in the cupboards until earlier this year!
