Shrove Tuesday

Aka PANCAKE DAY!!!!!

I love pancakes.

When I was little my dad used to take me and my sisters swimming.

Mum didn't come, she really doesn't like swimming.

Sometimes, when we got home, there'd be a plate piled high with drop scones and a jar of homemade raspberry jam waiting for us. Those were the best days!

So, in honour of them, what better to do today than flip some pancakes and then cover them in my mums homemade raspberry jam?
