'Tis the Season.

No...not that season ...sloe gin season!  It will be ready for THAT season though.  Thank goodness because last year's batch,  which normally lasts  to Xmas of the next year,  was consumed during the early stages of lockdown.  Never done that before...but then we have never had a lockdown before.  Good sloe harvest this year so have made a bit extra to hopefully last round to the following Xmas.  Mmm.... let's see how that goes.  This only just made and so cannot be touched until at least Xmas.  Trialling different methods to see if any difference in taste.  That will involve tasting sessions!  In company with friends and with a tasty cheese board.
