Pre cycle warm up

I'm hoping to do a triathlon this year. So before heading out on the bike (now it's repaired) the wife suggested I pop down to the park to join in small 5K. Turns out nearly 300 people turn up on a weekly basis. Embarrassingly I've not run this far in over 2 months (due to xmas and the laser eye surgery). Anyway, my time was OK and I came 14th in my age category. Bike ride after was good
