Salvia

My back has been very sore today with numbness in my legs. I think I have overdone it in the last few days.
Spent the morning making chilli jam. I really like it but the recipe only makes one jar so it seems a lot of work for a little.
My blip is one of the salvias we have, this one in our front garden. I like the rich colour of the flowers and the dark stems on this variety.
