Driving thru the Countryside

On my way to Cortland to take Lottie back to the Rescue shelter.
Yes alas... she did not work out. She wanted to be Queen and get rid of Persey. When she stalked him and attacked if he went for the water fountain and blocked his access to food, I realized she would drive him from his own home because she loves it too much. She is in the extra looking healthy and pretty.
The hour ride from Oxford to the Cortland shelter wended its way through farmland-- much of it Trump country. There some U.S. flags waving on poles in front of the houses with a Trump flag flying right underneath. A next door farm had a 'Dump Trump' sign on the lawn. That should make for interesting party neighbourhood  conversations. If they are having parties yet.
