Castagno

I remember that when I was little, on the road from Grandma Angela's house to Aunt Luigina's house, there was a chestnut tree. To get me out of the house to visit her sister, my grandmother added the chestnut tree as a stop to pick some fruit.

Ricordo che quando ero piccola, sulla strada che dalla casa della nonna Angela alla casa della zia Luigina, c'era un castagno. Per farmi uscire di casa per andare a trovare sua sorella, mia nonna aggiungeva come tappa il castagno per raccogliere qualche frutto.
