Apres Karate

I woke up in the night and was sick and then had a nosebleed so consequently haven't felt at all good today....

I had planned to swim with a friend this morning but instead I rested and read my book.

I then spent the afternoon organising my Australian Visa application, I have 2 shows in Melbourne and Sydney at the end of March.

Off to the Lensbury for the boys karate and a lovely chat with my friends Jo and Sarah, thanks girls xx
