Making Salsa

The last of the tomatoes, we’ll mostly. There will probably be a few more but the last of the main crop. I’ll have to pick up some chips.

Jon and I are on a bit of a road trip to visit some very good friends in Pennsylvania. We’re breaking the trip up into two legs, spending tonight in New York and about 3 hours away from them.
