Pancake Day

The pic doesn't capture these pancakes in all their glory but it was great fun making them. My "flipping" technique needs some work as the kitchen floor became a graveyard to pancakes lost in action ! The pancake on the right of the shot was my most successful : ) Nic' captured the pancake performance on video...so funny when played back !!
