Bath

Had a fantastic day in Bath with my daughter and took lots of photos. But this one captured something querky about the day. In the main Roman Bath pool were a 2 mallard ducks, 2 males and one female. And all the time we were there the 2 males were competing with each other for the attention of the female. There was quite a bit of aggression and bullying.
In this picture one of the males seems to have 'won' the female. I thought it was quite funny bcz I caught the lady on the otherside of the pool trying to take the ducks photograph, but they were just showing her their bottoms.
As my daughter said - it did seem rather 'English' that there were ducks on the pool of the Roman baths. At least it was nice and warm for them!
