Omg

This dropped thru the letterbox this morning just to scare me... Hmm well see.

A good day washing and Hoovering. The supermarket shop arrived on time and by the time I'd carried it in and put it away I was exhausted and it was time for a late lunch.

More tidying and then I rang Carol to see how she was. Not so bad today though still confused. A little while later her Psychologist rang me to discuss things and about the way forward. Sounds good and will involve the family more do.

Cooked up some fried potatoes with cold chicken and salad and a glass of red which went down very well.
