Raspberry sorbet

Made me sing Prince’s Raspberry Beret while I was doing this!!  
Our autumn raspberries are cropping well and make a lovely sorbet, we’re not great jam eaters so this is a good way to use the crop.  
Lizzie came round again today and had a sleep here while her Mum did her shopping, she woke up a bit early and was grumpy for a while but then managed to do her first crawling (rather than slithering backwards).  She’ll be keeping us all on our toes. 
Our 43rd wedding Anniversary today we’ve never really celebrated anniversaries (other than our 25th) but we’re treating ourselves to a takeaway tonight!
