When did we start loving Parmesan cheese?
There was a time when we refused to use it because it smelt like baby sick and you got in in a cardboard tube.
Now of course we've all gone Italian and we moan if it's not Reggiano.
Looks like we lost the class struggle. Ah well - pass the olives
