Well Court

My best friend used to live here when we were at Secondary school so it holds a lot of memories. Some good, some bad, but mostly funny ones as we were a right pair who would get up to all sorts. There weren't many kids living in the Village so I was very fortunate to have met S. She lived here for most of her life but unfortunately we drifted apart once she'd left school and she left Well Court :o(

It was nice being back reminiscing and I was looking forward to having a good nosey about and getting some great blips but the court is going under a major restoration project at the moment. It was odd seeing the court yard covered with builders equiptment and everything encased in a thick layer of white dust. Usually there'd be plant pots decorating the outskirt of the court yard, and washing lines hung from corner to corner but that was all gone and instead it looked a bit unloved. So I decided to turn my back on the mess and will come back to blip once the restoration is complete. In the meantime I've blipped the entrance / exit to the court and it's gorgeous red stonework.
