The Sky is Not Blue

Here we were, on Dianne's lovely patio, with catered dinner, bottles of wine, and a laptop, to watch, and participate in, a virtual gala for Youth Rights & Justice: 
"Oregon’s principal non-profit law firm for youth and families. Through our work, we strive to keep children in school, out of trouble, and at home." Dianne's daughter is fundraiser for the organization. The event raised a lot of money and was only 45 minutes long- both nice things, but it went by so quickly, we could hardly find our phones amid our own hilarity and efforts not to look at the sky.
