Tourist Trap

This is not the image I wanted to use. I wanted to use an image that I had in my mind's eye but a judgment call I made didn't pay off.

Whilst heading to the gym at lunchtime, I noticed three young lads skateboarding on and around the Ross Fountain in Princes Street Gardens. I was on Princes Street when I spotted them so I ran down to the gardens and asked if I could photograph them. They scarpered obviously thinking I was someone "official". Such a bad judgment call on my part and, on this occasion, I shouldn't have deviated from my surreptitious snapping.

This resulted in me being late for my class at the gym and I was pissed off for the rest of the afternoon. Oh well, I suppose you can't win them all............
