More chronic anthropomorphism?

Year before last I decided the Victoria plum, or as a friend's sprog put it:- "Tory pum" had "got its time in".   I duly hacked off anything bearing green as stage one.  It spent last year bare and confounded me this year by emulating Lazarus.  From the look of the colourful, attendant, Bracket Fungi I'd guess she's not long for this world - BUT - I'll hasten her passing by a further bit of decapitation this back-end.
