Autumn fruit

Well, that's it, we are definitely in autumn......... the first brambles (aka blackberries) are ripe. There are still lots to come so I hope we get a bit more sunshine to help them along. Most of the plums are now picked, just a few stragglers still hanging on. However, there are lots of apples to look forward to, as long as the wind doesn't blow them off the branches before they are ready.
