Oh my...

Was it already Wednesday?! 

Today a guided deep muscle workout and an hour bike ride (though only 11km). In addition an hour of voluntary screen water exercise. 

The nurse in her lecture today said, that naps should take   only a half an hour and they should be taken before six in the evening. And that you should go to bed only when you feel tired  - and the room should be cool. She also gave a tip, that if you’re worried about things, do write those things up before going into sleep.
