Goodbye Lucy

I can't begin to describe how upset we are since losing Lucy on 3rd September.

Anyone who has a dog knows how you bond with them. Lucy and I bonded almost 16 years ago and I’ve loved her every day since, she revelled in being kissed and cuddled. We lost her sister Suzy just over two years ago, it left a big hole and we're finding it even harder at the moment but they are together again now.

Suzy and Lucy had very different personalities, when out walking Suzy would stick close, Lucy was the opposite and always wanted to explore off the beaten track or right by that big dog that was running toward her. She was inquisitive and friendly, a combination that endeared her to everyone who met her.

We'll never again meet two perfect angels as Suzy and Lucy.

Rest easy little Lucy, 29th November 2004 to 3rd September 2020 we will always love and miss you xx
