Smokapocalypse

Eugene, Oregon is enveloped in thick smoke and it rained ash all day long.
East of the Eugene/Springfield area the huge Holiday Farm wildfire is burning out of control.
The sun has been a red ball in a featureless smoke-filled, orange-tinged sky throughout this very surreal day.
The damage to our forests, the people and their property is very serious.
It will be a rough night.
